Schonbek has been in the decorative lighting business for 138 years. The company was founded in 1870 in Bohemia by Arnold Schonbek. We started exhibiting at High Point in 2001. You’ll find us at:

At first we concentrated on showing our crystal lamp collection at High Point. We had something entirely new to bring to this market.
We approach the design of a crystal table lamp with as much artistic fervor as we do a monumental crystal chandelier. The result is a much higher level of craftsmanship and design than has been seen among lamps in a century or more.
The fact that Schonbek lamps are made in the U.S.A. is an unusual circumstance in the new global economy. Each lamp is an original Schonbek in every way.
In 2006 we expanded our exhibit at High Point to include crystal chandeliers.
The chandeliers we show at High Point are exclusive designs not available through our normal distribution networks. We create these original designs specifically for interior designers and high-end home décor venues.
Schonbek designs, both chandeliers and lamps, are characterized by fine crystal, The crystal may be traditional cut crystal, colored crystal, rock crystal and/or other rare gemstones.
